Thanks to multispectral imaging and computerized analysis, Lumiscan provides detailed information about the condition of the skin - from the level of hydration, discoloration and wrinkles, to enlarged pores or the presence of bacteria. It's a great tool for creating a personalized skin care plan tailored to the actual needs of the complexion.
How does the study proceed, step by step?
The Lumiscan exam is a simple process that will only take a few minutes, and provides a detailed picture of your skin.
Here's what it looks like step by step:
Step 1 Initial consultation
First, a brief conversation with our cosmetologist to learn more about your expectations and needs. This allows us to better understand what you care about and prepare you for the examination.
Step 2 Scanning with Lumiscan
You will sit in front of a machine that will take a series of images of your skin using different types of light. The entire process is painless and takes only a few seconds. This is where Lumiscan analyzes parameters such as hydration, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, porphyrins and much more.
Step 3 Analysis of the results
After the scan, our cosmetologist will discuss the results with you. You'll see detailed images and a report showing the condition of your skin, allowing you to understand what's going on underneath the surface and what actions can bring the best results.

Contraindications
- Makeup, SPF or oily creams on the skin on the day of the test (may falsify the results. Skin should be clean, preferably washed only with a mild cleanser).

Preparation for the procedure
- Recent cosmetic or aesthetic medicine treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lasers, mesotherapy, etc., may temporarily change the appearance of the skin. It is recommended to wait a minimum of 7-14 days before the test).
- For best results, come to the test with clean skin - no makeup, SPF or skin care products. Skin should be washed at least 2h before the test for best results.
After treatment
Lumiscan examination in our office is carried out by experienced cosmetologists with knowledge and practice in skin diagnostics. Each examination is performed with full attention to the client's comfort and an understandable discussion of the results. After the analysis, you will receive a specific action plan that realistically addresses your skin's needs.
